Crown just obtained Versa last year, but it is a disaster. Calls every day from customers that use it complaining they have no idea what it does and are given no documentation when asked on the capabilities. They comment they connect and are fast, but no other insights to what they are doing.
Will this be sold to someone that actually knows what they are doing? Crown is in lala land trying to offer this technology with zero support. Those support people were cut on the last round.
