Not happening....talks this summer that didn't pan out.
It probably is just a matter of time. All the good independents have been scooped up already by the big boys. So it is time for the next tier of independents to consolidate with their own peers for scale.
This seems to be a rumor almost every year. I'll believe it when I see it.
