@1afz+1paUdjFB Our team had the opposite experience. When our scores dipped, management just stopped acknowledging any of it. We haven't had any kind of discussion on scores and/or the reasons behind them since pre-Covid.

It took to me few seconds to give all 5s. I hope manager don’t schedule a meeting

Heard a manager take pride that their team has had 100% participation in the last 3 surveys. How about taking pride that management took the feedback 100% to the chest and actually did something about the scores? It’s not all turning up roses.

Just use the skip button wherever possible. Maybe the apathy will eventually sink in.

Ryan is a genius for purchasing this million dollar survey software. He is a genius on the timing of said survey. And now, somehow the genius Mr. Reynolds is wasting millions more by purchasing a ‘career development platform’ for us. This is exactly what we’ve all been asking for…a worthless expensive system purchased in the middle of cost cutting and layoffs so we can have AI suggest jobs and training for us! Thanks RR!!

Haha yeah we answered those honestly one time and it led to annoying, uncomfortable conversations… Never again. All 5’s, everything is perfect

Zero is permitted because of a complex algorithm used by Glint and wouls result in division by zero faults.

Why couldn't 0 be an option?

Let’s be honest. The timing of the survey?! It’ll just be once the dust settles on the shshow that surely awaits the surviving parties …. “wooooooow look at how these scores have improved YOY! The ppl love you, RR. Here’s a million dollars.” SMDH

My team had low scores once and we had to go through months of conversations and planning. It was fu--ing miserable. All it accomplished was to make damn sure we had high scores next year so we didn't have to go through that again. None of the improvements we talked about were ever implemented.

You can't because there's no free text field

I was honest with my response but considering everything I’ve read in the other Glint post, it’s all pointless if people just give 5s to avoid a conversation about the scores.
