Are they canceling all plans to relocate and canceling all severance packages? Or is this the start of more RIFs and more ugly things. I’ve read articles on immediate layoffs after Elliot has taken over companies (Salesforce, B&N etc). They first remove the CEO and then do massive layoffs.

It’s both. Reevaluating the moves for now but still moving forward with at least 2 more RIFs…not counting selling fiber and small cells.
