You do realise that the Nationwide referenced in the article is a British financial service company. The union is a UK trade union.

there is no room in the first place for SF to bring anyone back full time, they subleased most of their buildings in the hubs , there is simply no room for everyone to come back its the whole reason why different segments have to rotate their week to not coincide others as desks are shared.
