Bonus structure for Traders

Does anyone have any info on the email sent yesterday to Traders on the new bonus structure? There's certainly going do be a drain of supporting staff as they were also promised to be compensated for the move to London and the company has now reneged on that. I suspect even the traders won't be getting the going rate but would be eager to know.

Quit crying about a bonus. Like the rest of us, your bonus is in Darren’s pants. You should quit, no one will notice.

I don't know what makes a good Trader but if they're not paid what they're worth only the mediocre ones will be employed in this organization until they're pipped.

You are not paying attention to what Darren says. PAY ATTENTION. Yesterday he very clearly said that trading among other support organizations like finance will be hit with more cuts to support the new six billions in structural savings. My question to all of us is what the heck are we still doing here working for ExxonMobil?

Only 160 people qualify and it is not effective till 2024, so bonus formula will not be known for another year unless they reveal metrics in townhalls planned in 1Q24
