This place will not get anything extra from me anymore. No extra effort, no extra time, nothing. If they feel like firing me for it, so be it. I already have some interviews lined up and I'm optimistic about the future. I'm done giving my all to a company that couldn't care less about my well-being.

I don’t want to line JB’s pockets anymore than necessary. As a result there will be a 20% reallocation of effort in order better realign our strategic individual contributor visions.
I totally agree! This made me think of that id--tic book thing LN had a few weeks ago. I guess it was suppose to keep us engaged and immune to this hellscape they have created. They actually addressed quiet quitting. Newsflash LN and that author think it is bad. You get my job description work from me and not a thing more.
