Will they be 50% of what they were last year? Zero? Same?
Surely some senior management folks on here who can share what they have heard

Bonuses will either be zero or the same as last year, with only a COLA, cost of living increase lilliputian percentage of your base salary.
Bonuses? Lol. If we're lucky we'll get bonus. I wouldn't be surprised if we get a Starbucks gift card and a pat on the back for still having a job. I'm not holding my breath. If we do get a bonus and more than a cost of living raise I'll be surprised.
They got pushed to managers. I had some go up and a few go down. I had an exceeds on my team that bonus went down a bunch. I couldn’t make heads or tails on they came up with some of the recommendations
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I am worried about having a job and someone is worried about bonus. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
There will be no bonuses. A message will be delivered that “times are tough” , “tough decisions have to be made” and your bonus will be to keep your job and that’s it.
Of course that’ll not fully apply to the upper echelon, just the peons.
Cant get any worse
Forced ranking this year....many high performers will be pushed to a 3 and we all know how that impacts comp.
If you are aml and hourly, you get no bonus, just a small increase in salary. In lieu of bonus, it was overtime, if available. Salaried aml isually just get 1 or 2 grand, if you get a 2…
Well, I am not a revenue-generator and know what I got last year so I will report back here if that number changes, assuming I am not laid off between now and bonus payout
Bonuses for the non-revenue generating functions will be the same (they are always small anyway). The big difference will be in the front office, but then again - doughnuts will be selective...
