In a year’s time, 3M will have a new CEO! Most likely it will be Claudine G-y (current President of Harvard University). She will then implement the same DEI practices (as she did at Harvard) and give preference to certain folks solely based on minority status. Claudine will fit right into 3M’s culture of preference

Cut in the Spring, so recognize the playbook

Sounds like you are a real active 3mer. This is the exact reality we have today that no one even our manager never experienced in their previous non management job.

More cuts and more outsourcing with more tickets. Operationally even more difficult to execute due to changes, reorgs, outsourcing and tickets. Most contacts and org charts outdated, but low SG&A as percentage of sales and a lack of security by workers, as well as lack of trust by all. Chaos continues because leadership keep the same strategies……….hope I’m wrong though

Interesting that they would saddle Solventum with up to $8.4B of Parentco's debts. Debt that a large portion would consist of PFAS and Combat Arms settlements.

Worse than 2023, better than 2025.
