“But we are hiring” is the same kind of argument used by climate deniers, eg “but we just got a foot of snow”. Ignores the long term trend. In x world, continued decline in headcount and revenue.
So xerox cuts its workforce by 50% over the last few years… but wait… they hire 7 new people… that’s enough to get yourself excited and prancey? A drowning person really will grab onto anything.

Since 2017, xerox employee count has declined by about 6% year over year. Seems like wasting away sums it up.

Please explain the “fade away” business case: IF there is no substantial profitability via revenue, that only leaves cuts. Xerox market cap now at less than 2B (small cap)? Need help putting that in perspective? Dollar General market cap at 28 billion! -xerox does not have the luxury to “fade away.” Anyone proposing otherwise is ignorant or negligent.

Aa designed they want you to think that but put that six sigma hat on for a sec 35,300 total employees when jv started I am sure it will be around 19k by year end. Thats almost 50% less people folks! I distinctly remember Steve saying in the beginning that 1/3 of us would be fired, 1/3 would quit, and 1/3 would remain as candidates for outsource / ai but yep nothing to see here few here few there omg!!! These peeps are savage yo....
