To all those who keep saying “sell Houston HQ”, it’s already sold. We rent the building on 5-year contracts. Check the most recent 10Q and it smacks you in the face. Come up with some better suggestions than just reminiscing.

They use the Stoney island to dream up the next scheme. Too much sauce was consumed during the advantage66 team exercise apparently.

Lease out to who? ConocoPhillips not sure they use it anymore
P66 planes, food, li---r, staff, boats, pheasants, upgrades and facilities and in Bville we have to take our own garbage out and close floors to save on electricity.
For what purpose to allow our ELT to celebrate their Great achievements.
Advantage 66 failure
Transformation failure
And why are we still paying for Garland salary and office space
I hope Elliott looks into the wasteful spending!

Sell Houston HQ, move back to Bartlesville. Home of Frank Phillips

I very much doubt that Stony Island pays for itself. Even if it does, it isn’t a core asset.
