I've been doing two jobs for the pay of one since the last round of layoffs. Getting severance and leaving this place behind would have been a much better deal.

No, you don't. Stop juelzing.
There’s another round in Q1 and some are leaving in March post bonus.
Don’t work two jobs. Don’t raise constructive solutions. Document everything. In March, if you decide to stay, start formal pushback to your manager and ask what work should be dropped or deferred.
If you really want the package start doing that now.
The grass is always greener dude. I got laid off and have another month in the books before I lose my health insurance. I’m job hunting and have sent out hundreds of applications and heard back for like 2 roles and not heard back after the first round of interviews. One job they decided to hire internally and another they removed the req and decided not to hire for. It’s a ridiculous job market. I would rather be searching with the security of a current job.
The solution to this one is easy...just stop doing it. Maybe you can make the next round of layoffs. Stop caring so much about pleasing a company that doesn't give a sh-t about you.
This is why I am leaving after bonus payout in March, so tired of doing 2 jobs.
Why? Just do the one job. What’s wrong with you?
This is why there is a hiring freeze. Why pay for two employees when one ding do-g will do the work of two?
