For CL less than 30, RSU represent 10 to 15% of total compensation (assuming you are in top 2 quintiles and receive RSU). For senior executives they target nearly 70% of total compensation in Equity (vs cash).

Unless you are on an exec path, RSU is meager. You don’t take procession until years down the road. Just another way to tie you to a toxic situation.
Other top companies are much more generous in this type of offer with all their employees. They share the upside proportionally. Not just an offer to a select few. Don’t be su-kered by RSU and tie your career to this place.
I'll donate half of my RSU to the ExxonMobil PAC so Darren if you want money for the PAC be very very generous this year.
