The CEO said the work force reductions were done so we could be "fit for growth." He then said "the fit for growth activities will continue." We should all connect the dots there.

Yep they are reading a script because they are being told what to say.

It was all lies and deception. Smoke and mirrors. Gainwell doesn’t do good work. He-l they barely do any work. Most of what they do is spinning their wheels and no actual action.
Selling Ohio as a model account is the d-mbest thing ever. Those leaders have no idea what is going on there on the ground. That place is a mess. It’s a damn nightmare. If you believe what they told you during that town hall I have a bridegroom to sell you.
All those town halls are is an attempt to fool the employees and prevent an uprising or a mass walkout. They are all lies and deception.
A couple of them seemed enthusiastic about their subject matter, it wasn’t all bad
IMO the speakers at townhall were all very low energy and several were literally reading their speech. Unispiring.
Work here for yourself while it suits your needs and set your own limits. No corporation cares about you.
Funny how they went on and on about millions of dollars in business yet their cash reserves keep shrinking. Gainwell is on the brink of bankruptcy.

The reality is that you are not important. You are just a cog in a wheel. And you can and will be laid off for a cheaper alternative.
India is on the rise and the US is on the shrink. That’s reality.
If you choose to work at Gainwell then you have to accept the threat of being laid off on a daily basis.
This town hall was so filled with lies it’s sickening. The boots on the ground at Ohio and Colorado know that those accounts are in some serious sh-t. They are not the model accounts that they are being made out to be. I work on the Ohio account and wow it is nothing like the story told today. It’s a mess with no clean up person in sight.
Oh they are going to continue.
