TSLS are getting into their position simply because there’s no one left. They have no technical background and the system just keeps pushing them along once they get into these positions

I don’t understand what they do since the conception of T-leads. All they really do is rank people and make ppt slides.
What? you mean re-name, pivot, re-org isn't value added? Dayum, guess I spent all these time putting up my pptx file and KPI charts for nothing.
Ours keeps getting thrown opportunities and then makes up narratives that sound good but don’t make any sense.
