Unisys came in today and told me that they CANNOT get up on a ladder. I had to stop what I was doing and have the tech walk me what to do with the Access Point. WTF?

I thought being unqualified and mismanaged was a pre-requisite for working at Whole Foods. Why hold it against the STSS team?
I suspect an STSS posted this. No one at the store level even knows what an STSS is at this point and are clueless about access points. The tech team was a horribly mismanaged team with unqualified people running it. You lost your job, just move on.
