Giving garbage bonuses so they can afford their severance packages—if you see a big decrease in your bonus your likely next on the chopping block (which isn’t a bad thing—take the money and run).

What bonuses in March? my manager told me that they are going to be significantly reduced. not sure if that's across the board or if he's just looking to sc--w me.

Despite all of T's "inspiring" public pronouncements, I have never experienced a more toxic working environment. Roger wasn't perfect, but he was a far more respected and respectful leader. Her ego and obviously fake relatability is nauseating. She is more than willing to spend tons of money on her pet projects and cut hard-working employees to fund them. TIAA used to be a wonderful company with a real mission.

For sure. Someone posted here (or on Fishbowl) that T wanted to cut the workforce by 20-25% so still plenty of runway left to go...
Which means they got lot of room to get rid of more people. I would think 500 to 700 is peanuts compared to layoffs happening in other places.
The monthly gaslighting...err..."Stay in the Know" session had the survey guy talking about the results of the most recent associate survey. He said that 85% of the company responded which was ~13k associates, meaning total associate count is ~15.3k. Were we not at +16k employees prior to all of this nonsense? Would mean about 500-700 associates got clapped?

All I heard... again, Is a big announcement sometime this month. All we can do at this point, is wait. Hopefully, it's positive news...if it is true.
Would imagine with the sh---y Q3 financial results (with Q4 not being better) they'll do something in the new year...
