Closing tonite with just 3 people. Unsafe and belk needs to do better.

In our store we have a total of 3 associates working most of the weekdays. And if you call a manager for help most of the time they say they can't come. The customers have a really rough time with it. I have accepted it as the norm.
Belk does not care if the associates are safe.
