2024 I feel low Tide for Lowe’s. Everyone get on the boat and shove off before you are stuck. Experienced specialists will be fired and replaced with DEI dummies for $16 and a EBT card each month.

Flooring specialists and appliance specialists are pretty useless nowadays. Just a matter of time before they are replaced with CSA's.
the tide turned from what? Lowe's has annual mass layoffs. They just rely on having enough new and less paid employees who have no frame of reference to know this
I don't believe they will get rid of the specialist. Possibly Lowes will cut their hours or pay maybe both. This happened in the 80s with the oil industry before it crashed with major layoffs. Customers and specialists built a bond and it would harm the company to get rid of the workers they trust. I know many are looking for other jobs but there isn't anything out there right now.
