Consider waiting for the bonus however small that may be and March. A lot of us aren't going back to the office and there's an expectation that those given the six months will be called back in March or June / whatever date of reapproval.
They can't fire everyone and they will either back down or be a-holes. Unless you have a can't pass offer today you might as well wait and enjoy the fight. I'm betting on a-holes, but it will be fun to watch. Bring popcorn. :p
