Searched Montgomery County court records for SVP name and case number- no records found. The rescheduled arraignment was supposed to be this week. Was the case dropped? Plea deal?

According to the official court record, he has retained a second attorney and the arraignment has (again) been postponed to 1/4/2024. Seems like this is going to trial.
There’s also an unserved subpoena for a third-party dating back to late October. It is not customary to name the victim in cases like this, so that person must be a witness or bystander of some kind.
There’s nothing more enjoyable than seeing a rich douche who is drunk on his own privilege getting his comeuppance in the most humiliating way possible.
Not sure if the video was made available to all, but as a GBS employee I couldn't help laughing loud when I saw the exiting GBS President introducing his successor after less than 6 months in the position and announcing he was returning to Upstream, to his great surprise (I bet you he was... 😀). Not a word of course of the underlying reason for this surprise move.

How are you all finding the case on the Montgomery county website? I've search by case number, defendant name, attorney name and it keeps saying no matches.
I found the case at the link listed at the top. It says it was postponed until Jan 4. There is also an unserved subpoena from 10/30 with a females name shown. Not going to post it here, but wonder if she's the one filing the charges???

@2qsr Were I to guess, I’d say that his attorney is successfully securing procedural delays and working with the MC DA’s office to get the charge dropped or reduced to a misdemeanor.
It’s interesting (and rare) that a presiding judge would be so deferential to a defendant in a case like this.
As a reminder, he has been charged with felony s-xual as--ult (SA), which is a Class 2 felony.
