you will get laid off regardless if you RTO or not...don't expect that you are safe just because you show your face

yes but it may not matter. we had MDs and EDs who RTOed and still were let go.
Absolutely favor people who come to the office. You can’t blame them for that, they gave fair warning.
For those who still resisted, happy job hunting.
