Resideo & ADI Layoffs

There has been a HUGE reduction in staff in all departments at ADI & Resideo. No loyalty to their employees for all for years of service. Employees are treated like numbers and management will drop you as soon as they don’t hit their goals. Way too many upper management employees and not enough workers. Upper management has no idea what they are doing and what the value their employees bring to the company. Managements only concerns is how to deflect their own failures onto others to save their own jobs.

Someone actually replied there were No reductions in Melville ADI/Resideo. Stop lying….there was about over 20% reduction in staff…….Leadership or whomever needs to stop lying to save face. You did what you did…..Own it!

BTW only a director and above would know the true number. Based on that HR hopes to deduce who is helping employees by releasing the numbers.
There is a bigger bonus attached to the behavior but will they get it? Probably not … so … blind people are easier to lead, for obvious reasons.

There will never be any number because the new resideo HR policy is to deny and say that they are just moving people around. And no oft is truly gone… like one poster said the people you worked with that are gone were ghost and you are hallucinating… it’s clever and dishonest. It’s simply gaslighting us

Could you please put any number by site or by business you are aware of?

It would help employees to understand the situation, and choose between trusting corporate pitch, taking advantage of corporate benefits or looking for opportunities outside of Resideo.

Per HR in simpler terms than the previous poster:
There are never any reductions in resideo the people that are gone one day simply never existed before

Our leadership is mereley balancing capacity with demand & optimizing teams for greater efficiency

There are absolutely no layoffs just a realignment of human capital to maximise operational effectiveness
