Any news on the UK salary program for 2024? Are they going to scare us again with the impending recession or are we losing too many people?

You could lose all the UK employees and it wouldn’t be enough. It is literally cheaper for Exxon to move a BTC employee over to the UK vs retaining locally.
After the uptick in rises last year, outlook must be for poor rises this year. Attrition much lower in 2023 and they must still want many more to go.
