Well, no big surprise here. Was informed this morning we are losing two of my direct reports within 4 weeks. We are still struggling with lack of resources from the last reduction. We've been authorized no backfill, not even contractors. It's mind boggling that this company continues to operate all the while, siphoning talent and not supporting teams with the needed associated costs of doing business. At my wits end. The incompetent decision makers keep shuffling up the ladder. I'm old enough to remember when managers didn't get promoted for incompetence. This is not the way to deal with low performing level 10+.
