@hat+1pHLmCew Are they truly useless or it's just that as a low level you don't have the visibility to what's in the pipe? Define "useless".
30%.... There's been so many layoffs, open headcount losses, contractors, other budgets. The announced layoffs was a drop in the bucket of the total $ cut in the last 12 months
Can't count the ammount of contractors but FTEs in the high single digits.
3 Useless Directors, 2 Useless Product Managers, 1 Useless Business Analyst, 2 Useless Project Managers and 1 Useless Software Engineer. There are still a lot of Useless Fellas in my team.
3, 2 were laid off including me. The 3rd was a contractor, found another job.
3 individual contributors, 1 Director out of 7.
Mine has literally halved. The workload has remained the same, of course.
