Anyone think this will be sustainable to engage the employees, or it will die a natural death?

Too little too late.
Useless meeting. Some country directors regurgitate Roman's earning call message to make sure it gets to operator levels. Purely propaganda.
Ironically enough, I think _most_ people weren't even aware that there was a new initiative. Methinks the invite list was pre-populated with sycophants, as is often the case.
I haven’t heard of this. Where can I find out more?
No chance. Everybody except for middle management, for whom attendance is mandatory, has pretty much checked out, at least mentally.
