You know what you can do with your golden store! If you approve of what is going on in belk than you are part of the problem. Forget about a plague, watch out for karma.
And I will bury this in this thread. I work at a golden store and in respect to the fulfillment department, a plague has been brought unto your house.
I have a friend and co-worker who is in this program. They have worked him to the bone in multiple stores. I honestly think they have done him very dirty.
Not just are we expected to be a glorified stock person but we are expected to clean up after the heavy hitters that get a ot of credit apps. Even though they trick the customer into getting them or leave out information. Or heres a good one, not only do they tell the people they will get the 20% either way they tell them that they can go to all the other depts and get it. The sad part is when brought to the managers attention they said "at least we are getting them". No moral compass at all. It's really quite pitifull.
