Seems the young lady that the mason driver ran over last year had a bit more than a few scrapes .
- broken femur
- multiple ankle fractures
- multiple pelvic fractures
- severe blood loss etc
according to witnesses : “ the mason truck stopped and then pulled forward, running over her a 2nd time .”.
this suit could be a ton of money, as the young lady is permanently disfigured etc.
Lawsuit names both WB and the driver.
As a former employee, i can swear i was unaware of any safety training that was required of the drivers .
Sooooo,, that’s the 5.6 million commission suit, this one ( probably even more ), and the 3M mask one ( did we forget about this one or did it go away? this ones in “ excess of 5 million”.)
