It is so hard to recommend anyone to work for this company anymore. No surprise. Nordstrom su-ks. Leaving last year was the best thing I've ever done.
Racks can’t even get people to show up. They’re slammed with a lot more work than fls. Wonder how many backlog rack store has, 20??
They want to work us 7 days a week because they can’t hire anyone because the wage Nordstrom is offering su-ks.
Offer a fair wage, treat your people as if the pyramid was upside down again.
Were are CONSTANTLY told we hiring, but no one appears.
