What are people’s thoughts of the environment, etc? I am brand new and not sure what to think still

A agree it is an excellent location within the region
The only nice thing is that you are only 15 minutes away from Dinosaur BBQ.
The IBM environment as a whole is toxic and discouraging. Use IBM for some experience and training, then get out.
