Should I work from home on Monday? I just don’t want to live through the humiliation of having to be walked out of the building lol

I know someone that was laid off Wednesday. He is working until 12/01 Citi said he could to help with transition. If your number is called doesn't matter if you take a sick day Monday or not it's called. Simple
To Post ID: @1koz+1pDWJp20 , it's a toss up. There are negatives and positives to working from home or go to the office on Monday Nov20. If you're laid-off at least you didnot waste time and money commuting. If you're in the office, you should tell everyone around you Citi F-ck-ed You, you were laidoff as you walk through the hallways and lobby w/Security guards in tow. Turn the beat around. Citi is hoping employees will be so embarassed and fearful that they'll just bow their heads and hide from the public. Turn the negative and humiliating attention onto Citi like in the movie Ransom, starring Mel Gibson.
People have most definitely been walked out of the bank. If you see someone walking around with a list of names accompanied by the maintenance team, RUN!
People that are being impacted this round were told this past week. Monday is telling the masses what the organization structures will look like.
I don't think anyone walks you out.
Great idea. Might just do the same vs seeing it all go down
Last big round in March, folks got two weeks notice, so you had that time to wrap stuff up, say bye, network for other roles. Plus you’re still on the payroll for the WARN period ( just not working).
That’s actually a good idea
