linked the demand to supply? demand for what? supply of what? story points? team weeks? surprise. the ge hacks are using a widget that has a different meaning for every team. genius. at least you’ll get away with it until it all falls apart and you will have left nm. only leadership at nm could take agile principles and get them exactly wrong.

wait. only nm leaders could hire mckinsey to tell them how to do it exactly wrong.

We need more people like TC and GE team to clean up these legacy NM employees mess. We were able to link the demand to the supply with IS first time it has been in the company’s history. Corporate strategy couldn’t go this for 20 years.

TC aka GE hack is the w0rst watch his smugness in meetings never trust the man. Look at his organizational chart he has SD’s with no reports SD reporting to SDs same level, when you talk to people in that group they are just as lost as we are in what they do. Our groups data that was inputted into IS was not even used. We were asked to lower our cost to meet the budget. Just smoke and mirrors.

NS take him to Walgreeens we hear you have to cut costs there, it’s the only thing he can do. Not grow and foster a working team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the GE hack brought McKinsey in for the investable structures framework which so far is a total disaster. McKinsey will get their money, hack boy will get a promotion, the IS framework will be thrown out,and nobody will notice.except for the hundreds of people McKinseys framework will end up laying off because that’s what the framework said to do.

jes said headwinds in 2024.

IS is the means to his end.

JES will probably try to pay the dividend with Kohl's Cash since the company doesn't seem to have any of the real thing.

1 billon wasn’t a good deal for MS excel planning? JS being on the Kohls board thought he could used is Kohls friends and family discount and double up with Kohls cash.

Is CM going to blame himself for LearnVest or will he blame McKinsey?

I mean

There is a ton of evidence/anecdotes about how horrible McKinsey is both as a company, and for a company. NM has always had a love affair with them and just can't quit bringing them in.

See nothing wrong with using McKinsey. They are a world class firm, and are a magnet for top talent worldwide

Is anyone really surprised that NM uses McKinsey? The values of the two companies largely align.

DR must be rubbing off on him. HR uses them as a crutch for any decision they make, the consultant said we should do this. Makes you think why does anyone have a job in HR if it’s only consultants telling them what to do.
