Today we learned Sabre is paying people who are deciding on the number and the direction of arrows for marketing. While laying off people who actually create and support technology. Now you know company priorities.

The Chief Storyteller is horrible. Just wait until the new year when the Sabre logo is "refreshed". It's all BS. Like this will help gain traction in the industry....

Best way to motivate employees is compensation not words and symbols.
It helps credibility and saves time.
Everytime I see anything about this it just makes me angry that they wasted all that money on something so stupid and it makes me want to quit.

I cannot sit thru another round session where comms talked about what these arrows are and how we should live by it. Its ridiculous. Its just repeating some words to make it sound like they doing something. Absolute waste of money. Comms are spending huge load of money to promote these stupid arrows. Should channel that to keeping some staff. Load of rubbish!
Imagine what would happen if half the people were shifting the other direction. We would not get anywhere then. Maybe people would bump into each other and fall down. Maybe people would end up like turtles stranded on their backs wiggling their legs in the air. Even worse if everyone shifted left instead of right because that would just be..... err..... not right..... right?
I am sure this was millions well spent....
