8-9%, really? Many US folks got 0% apparently based on XOM comments.
Program is 8.5 to 9 % , meaning those in the lower assessments are likely getting nothing.
According to Exxon site, communication should begin next week.
Looking at XOM salary information I'm a bit dismayed that we get paid quite a lot lower compared to counterparts doing the same job. Is it justified? Thoughts?

Your raise is going to BTC hiring targets.
It's not reasonable to not asking for a raise if you know that you provide more value than you are currently being paid for. The company can say no, and the employee is also free to shop around. Unless you know that you are already fairly compensated or unable to find better pay work outside. In the end it's about knowing how much you are worth.
In a company that is chopping people left and right, with reason and without reason, how can you dare to ask for a raise!!??!!
