That's terrible news about that SVP. I guess I shouldn't be surprised on how things are handled here. Ge-z!
She was definitely fired. But it was for ridiculous reasons.

Pretty sure that under the WARN Act, they would be entitled to severance unless they were terminated with cause. If it's been quite in the segment and that individual was fired, then I have to imagine there are some details that were not disclosed to you.
