I was IRIF'd in the summer of 22 and landed a great job at the beginning of this year. I'll make significantly more this year than any of my years with Xerox or it's partners and I actually look forward to coming to work each day. Customers call me to thank my service team and our ops department for jobs well done. I never get complaints about invoices. I can't remember the last time I apologized for something I didn't do. I don't get ghosted by colleagues and I actually feel the positive culture on a daily basis. The best thing that could happen to any of you that are still around is to get released from once great company. Smile, it's a blessing.
