After working for up for more than 12 years I see how this place has changed. It used to be a grate place to work for. When I got hired here I was proud working for the world known railroad. These days I feel like circus performer surrounded by clown managers. It's not even funny anymore working here anymore.
For anyone who is thinking of applying for Union Pacific I suggest don't do it, it's just not worth it. 🤡 🚂 🎪.

This place is no good. I completely agree. This place is for the birds!
I see a lot of guys writing about don't hire out it's not worth it etc. yet we all stay here we all have excuses why we haven't left etc. it's still a good paying job, checks don't bounce, and if you don't let the B's get in your head. You can have a good life. Now with selling the break man and talk of one mans, less jobs etc. If I was older then 25 yrs old and had no family I'd give this place a try. Sad part is it's every class one. I worked for another class one before and saw it's decline as well before I left. Not just a UP thing.
