If the IPF ever gets to zero, it's the end. With grossly incompetent ELT folks pocketing tens of millions, we'd all be supreme cretins for doing more than the strict bare minimum.
You know chuckie boy, mm, and the rest of the buffoons are getting their cuts. The place has been a sh show since about 2 years prior to chambers leaving. Those people, fran, and a few more have turned the company into a funding source and brainwashing facility for liberal causes. Never mind running the business. That's all ancillary to the goal they apparently have.
