What will the buyout be like?

Besides our worthless CEO getting a sh!t ton of money. Will we get laid off immediately? What if they offer us a job it in OKC? Can we work remote? Will we get a bonus for 2023? I worked hard for this company and am on track for a promotion. Will the new owner honor this pending promotion? Will we keep our rolled over vacation? I am nervous like a cat on a Cr--ker Barrel porch. You know with all the rocking chairs!

What other questions do you have. I know the HR rep for the pending owner reads this board (mostly laughs).

I can tell you CHK has Hybrid but no full time work from home. The pto is really good there though so no worries on that end. No promotions will be frozen and you will have to convince your new boss. If you keep the same boss somehow then you should get it.

This board is a highlight of my miserable existence at SWN. We are all having our Thanksgiving lunch being fake and smiling as if all is fine, when the majority of us wonder whats in store for us in 2024. Thats the SWN WAY…continue to act as if all is well, its a disfunctional work environment. Hoping we don’t get screwed!!!

Do they have a Work From Home policy? I will quit if they don’t.
