MD Mike Rozycki is out, per the TX rumor mill. Heard that during two zooms today.

Nope.
I am not involved in anything so just going by my understanding from Jane’s townhall and the news articles. I would say “no”. The MD is safe but his/her organization might not make sense and/or needs tweaking to follow the new operating model.
We can’t say that for sure. I heard that span of control will also be reduced to some max number.
