Sc--w Gainwell. What a toxic waste dump. The leaders are horrible. Every single one of them. The ceo doesn’t care about any employee. The coo doesn’t care about any employees. They are all just a number with little dollar signs by them. The employee is a cost to the company and carry no value. If they can find cheaper labor they will take it and fire everyone. Bye bye no one cares about you. You are all mindless robots. You don’t deserve any more than 15 days of PTO. He-l you don’t even deserve that. Don’t even dare to think for yourself. Just do what you are told and shut up. Gainwell is such a dump. I would rather be homeless than work at that place again. What a bunch of snakes for leaders. Backstabbing untrustworthy snakes. I’m so glad I got laid off from there. There is absolutely no way I would EVER go back to that place.

Yes I am glad I am outta there, it was very toxic and definately not like the Green side. The only thing I feel bad about is the amount of work the remaining members of my team have in front of them. They drowning and a few of them are already on their way out the door.
For me, I’m glad my time there has concluded. I would not be interested in returning. It was a bit of a relief when I was laid off.

No. Culture matters and this leadership team made it very clear they don’t care at all about culture or their employees when they eliminated the only department that focused on those two things.
