I wonder if the salaried UAW office workers will get this buyout offer.
They're offering it to half, but it's a VSP, so they won't all take it.
What percentage of GM employees took the VSP?
If Stellantis can lay off literally half of their salaried force, can it be possible that they were never needed in the first place ? This is mind boggling.
This is Stellantis's second round of VSPs.
Maybe GM will do it again, too?
If they do, start thinking now about whether you'll take it. Didn't they just give us 2 weeks to decide last time? A lot of people thought that wasn't enough time.
