I am sure enough of us already dread the outcome from this call. What is going to be announced?

Look possible to drop $6 to hit $80, once the poor results are announced. Let's see
I predict share price to dip below $80 upon M&M speaks next week to investors.
Does not matter what they say as damage is already done. Moni opened his mouth at the investor conference and the stock dropped $30/share since. That is a crazy amount for a quarterly warning. Just shows, the stock market has zero confidence in this leadership team. Nothing changes until Moni and Mike get removed.
Seems MR doesn't have plan to step down or retire
That’s right. Far too much fat on the bone. Another 10K in 2024. Time to end this nonsense. Most if not all should be cut from outside the US.
More layoffs for sure. Too many over 50 costing the company a lot of money. This ain’t an old folks business.
MR: Oops, My bad. Many of you got go.
Caring what comes next assumes hope of fixing 3M. They broke it, it can’t be fixed, and if you are still there, your cut is coming. Leadership knows this and are riding it out. It is over and 3M is finished - sorry
HR had no problem bouncing me out the door when I raised issues regarding my manager and their treatment towards me as a result of my disability. Instead of coaching the manager to be better, they paid me to leave.
3M's ethics hotline, hr, eap, and our leaders are all broken. If you report something inside of 3M, there will be a cover up, huge efforts to identify why the corporation is not liable . . . anything to make the issue go away, other than addressing the original issue.
SOLUTION?
The solution is to report 3M to a newspaper, magazine, or broadcast tip lines. The other option is to call a litigation attorney or appropriate government agency (EEOC, EPA, FDA, DOJ, OSHA, DOD, etc).
Almost every media outlet has a tip line. Just Google their site for "tips", "whistle blower", or "story idea". Identify the email, contact info, or anonymous reporting utility. You can also contact editors or authors within media directly. They are always looking for new ideas. You can email your information, send it via parcel post, use anonymous service or call them. The more details, documents, and contacts you send, the better chance of the story being published. Here's a start:

Remaining Remain Co. Employees. 3M is failing on a grand scale. Just heard today thay HR laid off a hard working handicap person because they fear he will fall. Someone needs to expose how 3M is treating its employees. Need to contact local media to discuss.
The biggest concern is nobody is addressing Growth, stock price and not eliminating positions. Instead we are focused on Diversity Day, climate change day, and many non essential programs that really don’t mean anything if more people lose their jobs. I am all for social justice programs after we learn to have “growth day”
He gonna say Supply Chain is healing... we are position for growth. Blah blah
