Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

We should start communicating like our fearless leaders

We should start communicating like our fearless leaders, imagine if only we communicated like them.

Bosses: Hey, where is the delivery.
Us: I will deliver (don't ask me for any dates), stay tuned.

Do you think they will keep us in our jobs? please comment.

Looks like HR doesn't want attention to this post, they are trying to bury it.

In performance review, no matter what your results go in saying how outstanding 2023 has been and how your performance was "best in class" due to your "no trade-offs approach of combining leading value, service, transparency and trust that continues to resonate with" clients and business partners amid 1) expense reductions; 2) layoff announcements announced but not executed until YE (if it does ever happen); 3) back & forth RTO decisions; 4) soaring cost of living outpacing wages by a huge margin…..throw in the following words/phrases "win win" "robust" "well positioned to continue winning" "unwavering focus on service," "growth recipe".
