Hey now, HR told us that Exxon almost walked away from the deal bc of the 0.001% change in price of the deal that the employee severance would’ve cost to give us the same package deal as the 2019/2020 layoffs and DE/parsleys layoffs. And I believe them!!!!
Yep. Morale su-ks nobody actually working. We all just play on our phones or talk about how bad we got sh..on with this package compared to 2019 and 2020 ones. Then eat a free lunch and just say f it and go home. My boss is just avoiding all of us when/if he’s even in the office. Why should we care about pioneer and bust ourselves? They clearly don’t care about us. This was the plan since 2018 when ss came back
