Attrition rate

What do you think the percentage of employees that Exxon expect to say yes to their relocation offer is? They say they’ll offer 90 percent. But 40 percent of those 90 percent say yes? Can the initial 10 percent of rejections that want to go re-apply to get that number up to 45 or 50 percent of the 100 percent?

Well if they are only offering options to 90% then you all are already experiencing your first mandatory PIP/NI/NSI cycle!! They are doing their ANNUAL cut before you even get there!

Exxon are clearly counting on a lot of people finding other jobs while we sit at LCO with our thumbs up our as- for however long. The 90% figure that was quoted will probably end up being 30-40% if I had to guess.

Is this a manager asking if Exxon still wants them after being canned?
