THERE WILL BE NO MORE FORMAL LAYOFFS THIS YEAR. There may be some isolated incidents of low performers and others being let go, but no waves of layoffs like what happened in April and August.
The company is moving back to a building mode and is bringing in new blood to begin moving forward.
Is there any way to confirm this?
Last post spoken like a true C-level executive (or wanna be), don't even know how to use the product but make 1,000 X more than the average employee who does all the real work with real customers while you just run your mouth flying 1st class all over the country etc... you can go away.
The clueless id--ts here keep bringing up the months-old expiration notice for the August WARN notice for New York. It’s obvious they don’t know how to read and comprehend anything.
Instead they live and post here quaking with fear they might lose their job instead of taking control of their careers and either kicking a$$ in their current job or finding another BETTER job outside of AYX.
Typical Gen Z attitude where the world owes them everything and they shouldn’t have to work or do anything difficult or uncomfortable. And they deserve a participation trophy and a raise every year just for being employed.
I fear for the future of our country, let alone AYX.

This gets brought all the time and it’s confusing. This is not a new WARN notice and it’s just for August. They give 90 days from when the notice was given to fully seperate the laid off employees from the company.
Look at the Aprils WARN it’s talks about ending July 30th.

you mean the stock price that is down -80% from all time high? That's usually more common in the crypto space
