Walt makes $24M+ (up 68%) from 2020; Rick received over a 100% increase in 2021 as well and now makes $10M+ … all EC members received similar increases that year. Walt is rumored to have postponed retirement (unconfirmed) but his retirement package is $62M. It's all in the proxy statement (make sure to vote your own proxy and register for the March meeting if you are a shareholder in March 2024 - you will NOT get an email or reminder or an invite — you need to be proactive and go on the Schwab site and register — ohhhh the transparency).

Rick's 2020 salary isn't listed, but it was $4M, now it's $10M. The only other EC member that is eligible for retirement is Joe Martinetto. His payout is a "mere" $24M. No one on the EC will be "let go." Kind of like thinking Congress should outlaw insider trading in the House and Senate, but hahahahah - they all are the beneficiaries of such conduct -all partake and all benefit. That's why you can go into Congress with $10K to your name and a $170K salary and be worth millions a few years later.
All the BS about top down means middle down. Inverted pyramid my a$$. They truly think we are stupid. BTW, Board members receive $300K/year and surely they want that gravy train to continue …. The fact that heads did not roll over the bond debacle (except employees who are laid off as collateral damage), well … draw your own conclusion.
the board should clean house - but they are spineless also
