While some departments are without work, multiple Ops team are drowning. Without OT getting out of these backlogs seems damn near impossible. Telling people to “work smarter” will not ease the load. Make a decision, get it done and allow people to move on.

I heard Partner Support is drowning. They have over 1k unassigned cases, no OT, back to back calls like core no end in sight. But they continue to tell the branches to load them up.

That’s the point bro. They need overtime, resources, etc. everything is frozen until rif is done. Most will still be here. All the waiting is making the hole deeper to climb out off.
